The Dayton’s Bluff Community Council is a nonprofit corporation providing numerous services and programs primarily to enrich the diverse residents of the Dayton's Bluff area. It is one of the 19 councils within the Saint Paul District Council System.

The council works to advocate and to promote recreational, housing, educational, economic and social opportunities that improve the quality of life within the Dayton's Bluff area. Today, council programs and services include recycling; arts, culture and greenspace projects; neighborhood clean-ups; block clubs; crime prevention; community participation in land use and community issues; buckthorn removal; Good Neighbor code enforcement and neighborhood home tours. If you are a new resident, please call for a copy of our new resident packet.
