DAYTON'S BLUFF VACANT HOME TOURS

"THE POSSIBILITIES TOUR!"

Starting in 2008, the Dayton's Bluff Community Council, along with neighborhood partners, has conducted twice-yearly tours of vacant homes in the neighborhood. Some of them are fixer-uppers; some are move-in ready. Often financing help is available. A number of buyers have moved into these houses and benefited from the many advantages of living in Dayton's Bluff. The next tour is scheduled for Spring 2010.
